About Me
Kiran Thadhani
Most conflict isn’t really about the presenting issue. It’s about who feels heard, whose way of seeing the world is being respected, and what’s been left unsaid for too long.
I’ve spent my career working with that gap — in boardrooms, community spaces, family businesses, and intimate relationships. The context changes. The skill is the same: create conditions where honest conversation becomes possible.
My background spans mediation, facilitation, negotiation training, and celebrancy. I work across cultures because I’ve spent my life navigating them.
My approach is power-aware and culturally grounded. I bring a point of view — about justice, about whose voices tend to get marginalised, about what it takes to have an honest conversation across real difference. That makes the work more useful, not less neutral.
I’m based in London and work internationally.
